My Blog is Born!

My own place to share with you the secrets of making authentic Indian food is now up and raring to go. For those of you who don't know me, I am Hari Ghotra.

I'm a professional Indian cook, teacher and author and because so many people from my classes have suggested I do this, I’m bringing my cooking lessons online. So whether you're a bit of a pro in the kitchen, just love to try new things or haven't ever picked up a spatula, I will show you how to create amazing, authentic and delicious Indian food at home. I have lots of plans for the future, too, from attending curry festivals, creating new dishes and even cooking live via Google Hangouts – it’s going to be an exciting time.

The last few months have been crazy busy for me and the Hari Ghotra Team and we have spent weeks researching recipes, shooting videos, taking photos, writing and editing and uploading stuff so you can see and enjoy everything this diverse, colourful and inspiring style of cooking has to offer.

So now it's over to you. What do you think of it? Which dish will you make first? Are there any dishes that I’m missing?!? I’d love to know your thoughts so do email me your comments at [email protected] or tweet me @harighotra. See you all soon!

I just found your blog today . I was looking for a easy pakora and samosas recipes. You had both and I enjoyed your you tube videos you speak clearly and I appreciate having to be able to print off the recipes instead of having to print them all out.
    Thank you very much.
