This September, Indian chef, Hari Ghotra leads a discussion with fellow female entrepreneurs on how to start a food business. With female presence in the food industry being a hot topic this year, Hari brings together an inspiring group of female business owners to share their knowledge and discuss how they started their own brand.

After the discussion, there is time for you to network with the panelists as well as other guests from the food industry. You never know who you might meet whilst enjoying the Shard's spectacular views across London.

Over the last 2 years, Hari Ghotra’s website and YouTube channel have become the UK’s number one destination for authentic Indian cooking. As well as working as a guest chef at the Michelin-starred Tamarind of Mayfair, Hari is shortly to be announced as the Executive Chef of the new Tamarind Kitchen opening in Soho. Alongside this, Hari sells her own range of curry kits and spices and regularly hosts cookery classes across London and the South East.

With 'Women in Food: How To Start a Food Brand’, Hari has created a forum for other leaders this industry to step up and impart their advice to others wanting to start their own food business. The following panelists will be involved in the discussion:
