A minty yoghurt sauce/dip

A really quick and easy mint yoghurt raita which takes seconds to make. Perfect as a sauce for samosas and a relish for lamb kebabs. Just delicious!

  • 100ml natural set yoghurt
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 tbsp mint sauce
  • 1 tsp garam masala

Method

  1. Put the yoghurt into a bowl, add a splash of milk to create a runny consistency.
  2. Stir in the mint sauce.
  3. Stir in the garam masala.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and refrigerate until required.
