A deliciously refreshing frozen strawberry yoghurt drink.

A lovely sweet lassi works beautifully for breakfast in the summer. All you need to do is just chop up a good handful of strawberries, add to the yoghurt and the sugar and blend for a few seconds. Crush some ice and pour the lassi over it.

  • 500g strawberries, hulled
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • Splash of cold milk
  • 3 tsp sugar or to taste
  • 1 handful of ice cubes
  • Crushed black pepper (optional)
  1. Place strawberries, yoghurt, milk, sugar, ice cubes into a blender and whizz up.
  2. Pour the lassi mixture into a glass and top with a sliced strawberry and sprinkle with some crushed black pepper.
