A unique curry dish that is so good, so simple to make and so full of good stuff it's untrue. It's great to be able to give your vegetarian friends something a bit different once in a while and provided they don't have a nut allergy this one of those dishes.
The coconut based creamy sauce combined with the lovely texture of the nuts is such a great combination and it's just so moorish.
