Easter

Even for the non-religious, Easter is one of the big events of the year. Spring has pretty much sprung and everyone is 100% fed up with the cold wind and rain. Daffodils start appearing in gardens, while Cadbury’s Creme Eggs are finally sold in the shops again (hooray!).

Easter is obviously very popular with the kids as well thanks to all the chocolate, but it’s also a time for the whole family to get together for a feast. Why not make it an Easter curry? You can have a standard roast any Sunday of the year!

The Indian recipes for Easter below all give you the chance to do something a bit different this year. Who says you can’t eat something spicy while wearing an Easter bonnet? Personally, I actively encourage it. It’s a great way to make the meal memorable and ensure your family and friends will be clamouring for the same next year.
