A lovely fresh and fragrant chutney

Hari says

A fabulous chutney to add to your chutney repertoire. If you ask me you can never have too many because these are the bits that make a normal dinner party, a great dinner party. Again super easy - throw everything into a blender and Bobinder's your uncle!

  • Ingredients
  • Method
  • 30g fresh mint leaves
  • 30g fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli ( add more chillies if you want the chutney to be spicy)
  • ½ inch ginger, roughly chopped
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. In a blender grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste using little water.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until required.

Haha Hari! Bobinder's your Uncle!! I am making this today, along with your Pakora and Scallops in Saffron and a few other dishes. Wish me luck! And thank you for the recipes.
