A cooling melon drink made with yoghurt and a dash of sugar.

A modern day lassi drink, light cooling and delicious. Just chop a handful of melon chunks into the blender with yoghurt and sugar. Whizz up for a few seconds, pour over crushed ice and that's it!

  • Method
  • 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • ½ melon, chopped 
  • 2 tsp sugar or to taste
  • Crushed ice
  1. Put the melon, yoghurt, sugar into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Crush some ice and place in a tumbler.
  3. Pour the mixture over the ice.

Served with

Great refreshing summer drink. Serve with a slice of melon on the side.
