As well as my own monthly cookery classes in Surrey, you will also find me teaching at Kent or Abinger cookery schools. Every month I also host events at the Shard, where I invite an exclusive panel to discuss current topics in the food industry .
Based in the heart of the beautiful Surrey Hills, The Abinger Cookery School offers a wide range of both day and evening courses, corporate events, plus longer 1 and 2 week ‘chalet chef’ courses ideal for those wanting to spend a winter season in the Alps. Their varied courses have small classes and take place in one of their two newly fitted kitchens in a relaxed and friendly environment. Whether it’s your first experience in a kitchen or just looking to add to your repertoire, The Abinger has something for everyone.

Authentic Indian Cookery at 57 by Suzanne James
57 Northcross Road
I am really excited to have teamed up with Suzanne James @ 57 to offer you an exclusive cookery class, where I will share with you my tips and tricks to create authentic Indian food. See www.suzannejames.co.uk/fifty-seven for more details of the venue.
The class will begin with tea or coffee and an introduction to me, the session and the dishes. Each class is a hands on experience where you do all the cooking in an informal setting under my guidance so you have the opportunity to ask all your curry questions. You will cook 6 classic Indian dishes.
We will sit and enjoy a relaxing lunch together made up of all the dishes you have cooked that morning including a well deserved glass of wine. After lunch I will take you on a detailed tour of the Indian spice tin in my Spice Masterclass where you have an open forum to talk about spices and how to use them.
You will leave with a printed booklet of the recipes, the dishes you have cooked as well as a Hari Ghotra Curry Kit.
