You know what, sometimes you need more than just one curry to satisfy your Indian food cravings. So, why don’t you try your hand at cooking an entire Indian meal? I’ve got recipes for starters, mains, sides, sweets and drinks, all just waiting to tickle your taste buds and wow your friends and family.

You can make a bee-line straight for the most popular Indian dishes or take a detour round some of the more authentic and traditional menus. But when you try your hand at cooking Indian meals, the best way to do it is to involve your friends and family and really get stuck in together.

In my family, we love to cook together. I learned to cook by helping my mum in the kitchen and my children have learnt from me in the same way. It’s fun, definitely messy, and most of all it brings us together and the meal is more enjoyable to eat when you know you’ve all had a hand in it!
