Our master blenders Chirayu Booroah and Jimmy Jal Medhora have created a range of authentic tea blends inspired by their motherland, India. From Chai to Ayurveda blends they have created a tea to help you find joy, balance and contentment.
Chirayu spent his childhood in Assam on the banks of the Brahmaputra River where he grew up appreciating the taste of Assam tea and the evocative smells of freshly made Chai.
Chai has been served in India for centuries and working with Jimmy Jal Medhora, he has captured some of his favourite blends using black tea and spices in a teabag – ready for you to enjoy the authentic taste of India.

We can’t give you his childhood memories but he can share his family’s delicious Chai recipes which capture the authentic taste of India and bring you the evocative aromas that would filled have his home.
Working with our expert tea blenders, Tea India® has created a range of four Chai blends – Masala, Cardamom, Ginger and Coconut – using fine Assam tea blended with spices captured in a tea bag. Delicious, warming and invigorating Chai made easy for you to enjoy every day.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All orders placed via this website will be managed by our distribution partner, CLF Distribution, on our behalf. You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped.
Which courier will deliver my order?
All UK and EU orders are shipped using our preferred couriers, DPD and the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail deliveries can take place between Monday and Saturday, whilst DPD typically deliver Monday to Friday.
When will my order be despatched?
Orders placed before 10am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and despatched by CLF Distribution the same day (excluding bank holidays). All orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been despatched you will receive tracking information from the relevant courier. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our UK orders are delivered within 48 hours of the order being despatched, although some consignments may take a little longer. All EU deliveries generally take 3-7 days from time of despatch, but this again may take longer depending on the destination.

How much does delivery cost for European shipping?
For parcels sent to addresses in Europe, the postage varies depending on the location and also the size of the order. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. The maximum size for orders may vary per country.

Returns Procedure:
We hope you are pleased with your purchase of products. If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied and wish to return any items bought from us then we will be happy to make a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please let us know, in writing, the reason for the return and any returns should be made within a reasonable time (please try and return goods within 14 days).
If you wish to change or cancel your order then you should notify our Distribution Partner, CLF Distribution in writing of your intentions. Contact CLF for our returns address and instructions:
