I am often asked if it's possible to make Indian food vegan. I'm here to tell you that Indian food is massively vegetarian and vegan diet friendly. In fact, I would go so far as to say that it's probably the most tasty cuisine when it comes to these dietary preferences. The reason being that usually Indian meals comprise of smooth, silky sauces, aromatic spices, soft breads and rice dishes as well as tangy chutneys. When all these are eaten together they create amazing layers of flavours and taste profiles that bring all of your senses to life enhancing the whole experience.
This e-book guide is an opportunity for me to give you the confidence to cook great Indian dishes from scratch. For me, what makes Indian food spectacular are the layers of spicing and depth of flavour to each dish. By making it interactive I hope you are able to enjoy the information, recipes and videos I have included.
