A very elegant way to jazz up your fizz

Add an Indian twist to your evening aperitif with some fresh mango. This is a lovely, fruity way to jazz up your glass of bubbles but do make sure you stir it through just before serving.

  • Method
  • 1 mango, peeled and flesh chopped
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco, chilled
  • 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges


  1. Put the cut mango into a blender and puree
  2. Spoon one tablespoon of the mango puree into the bottom of 4 champagne flues
  3. Squeeze in the lime juice from one wedge into each glass
  4. Gently pour in the Prosecco to fill the glass
  5. Stir through just before serving
