Most Indian meals are incomplete with the cooling element of yoghurt. You can just have plain yoghurt or create something more extravagant. There are so many different types of raita dishes and you can flavour yoghurt with pretty much anything. Some of the more usual ones are made with mint, cucumber or spices such as cumin seeds. I like this raita because the dish is slightly different and uses the wonderful pomegranate fruit.
