Chicken wings can sometimes be a little tricky to cook as they can stick to the karahi. So you'll need to be patient and leave them until they come away easily, all nice and crisp. Just before you serve them, sprinkle each with chilli and garam masala for a fiery finish. Serve with cold beers (ideally) and more than a few napkins.
I always serve these with a fresh onion salad squeezed with lemon juice a little salt and fresh coriander.
