Dirty Mango Lassi

A refreshing frozen yoghurt drink with a rum kick.

One for the grown ups - It's cooling, refreshing, and makes a great cocktail to share with friends.

  • Ingredients
  • Method
  • 1 mango peeled, stoned and chopped
  • 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 handful ice cubes
  • A generous shot dark rum
  • Sprinkle cardamom powder


  1. Put the yoghurt, mango, sugar, ice, rum into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tumbler and sprinkle with some cardamom powder.

      Hi Definitely one for the summer. You can use fat free yoghurt but I prefer full fat for flavour. Thanks Hari
